Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Normally we delivey products by DHL, UPS, FedEd, TNT, EMS, or any other express which based on customers requirements. And we can ship products with battery without any problem. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional if your order qty is huge.
To Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philipines, we have DDP shipping ways to ship the goods to you safely.
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 24 months warranty to all of our products.
Q6:Do you have any MOQ limits for orders?
A6:For samples orders, we accept any quantity requirements . After sample tested passed,
we will request at least one thousand us dollars value per order for mixed models.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty products?
1. Products if dead in 30 days after arrival, can’t repair by remotely help, then we will give new ones for replacement together new orders.
2. If products broken in 12 months without misuse or damage by human courses, we offer free repair or free components to repair.If can't be fixed, so replace new one.
3. From 12-24 month, if broken, we offer free repair or free components for repair. If can't repair, so need customer pay for
main-board fee to replace it.
During this 24 months, we normally deliver spare-parts together new order in advance. You collect the defective ones to your warehouse, when it is enough qty to ship back, then ship back to us.
